When you send an enquiry, ARCA receives your name, WhatsApp number, study interests, and the message you choose to share.

How we use your details

The ARCA team uses these details to respond to your enquiry and discuss the help you requested. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter or marketing messages.

Where your enquiry is kept

Enquiries are stored in ARCA's private Supabase database. Only the authorized ARCA team account can view them through the protected enquiries page. Cloudflare processes requests to deliver the website. To limit spam, we keep temporary request counters and hashed identifiers rather than storing your IP address with your enquiry.

Your choices

Only share information you want the team to review. Please do not include passport numbers, medical information, passwords, or copies of personal documents in the form. You can ask the team to correct or delete your enquiry when they contact you.

Our resources are free to read and download without sending an enquiry or creating an account.
