Terms and conditions.
1. UNIVERSITY & PROGRAM RECOMMENDATIONS
ARCA’s recommendations are based on information provided by the Client, academic and language ability, interests, study goals, budget, and official information available at the time of consultation.
Recommendations are advisory only and do not guarantee eligibility, admission or scholarship award for any specific university or program.
The Client remains responsible for reviewing official university information before making a final decision.
2. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide complete, accurate and non-misleading information and review application information before submission when requested.
Attend scheduled consultations, classes, interviews, tests, or preparation activities as agreed.
3. AUTHENTICITY OF DOCUMENTS & INFORMATION
All documents and information provided by the Client, including academic records, test results, essays, personal statements, activity records, family and financial information, must be accurate, complete, and genuine.
ARCA reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in cases of suspected forgery, plagiarism, manipulation, or misleading information. Any consequences resulting from inaccurate or false information, including rejection, admission cancellation, scholarship withdrawal, or visa issues, shall remain the Client’s responsibility.
4. DEADLINES & TIMELINESS
ARCA may set internal deadlines earlier than official university deadlines to allow sufficient time for review and processing.
Delays by the Client in submitting documents, making payments, attending interviews, joining lessons, completing tests, or providing approvals may prevent an application from being processed on time. ARCA is not responsible for opportunities missed due to delay or inaction by the Client.
5. UNIVERSITY ADMISSION
Admission decisions are made entirely by the relevant university or institution.
ARCA does not promise or guarantee admission to any specific university, major, intake, or level of study.
Universities may request additional documents or may reject an application without providing detailed reasons.
6. SCHOLARSHIPS
Where included in the Service Package, ARCA may assist the Client with scholarship identification and applications. Scholarship availability, value, requirements, duration, and timelines vary by university and may change annually.
ARCA does not guarantee scholarship approval. If scholarship results are unavailable before payment deadlines, the Client remains responsible for meeting university payment requirements unless otherwise confirmed by the university. Scholarships awarded for one year may not automatically continue in future years.
7. ARCA SERVICE FEES
Service fees follow the proposal or invoice issued by ARCA and apply only to the scope of services stated therein.
Fees may vary depending on the number of universities or programs, application complexity, additional services, or special Client requirements.
Additional universities, programs, intakes, or services requested outside the original Service Package may be charged separately with the Client’s approval.
8. PAYMENT
The Client must pay according to the schedule stated on the invoice. ARCA may pause services if any due payment remains outstanding.
Where instalment payments are agreed, access to services remains subject to the agreed payment stages.
Bank charges, international transfer charges, and other transaction costs will be borne by the party specified on the invoice.
9. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
Because ARCA’s services may involve consultation, research,document preparation, classes, and administrative work that begins soon after enrolment, refund eligibility depends on the stage of work already completed.
10. CHANGES REQUESTED BY THE CLIENT
Changes to the intended major, university, destination country, intake, or application route after work has started may require additional research and rework.
ARCA may charge an additional fee or revise the timeline where such changes materially expand the original scope of work.
11. ACADEMIC SERVICES
Where the Service Package includes classes, HSK/CSCA/Interview preparation, entrance-test preparation, or other academic services, attendance and scheduling rules follow the applicable program information.
Study Club access is subject to availability and the Client’s progress. ARCA does not guarantee specific academic outcomes, as results depend on individual effort, attendance, starting level, practice, and other factors beyond ARCA’s control.
